THE COMBINE EXPERIENCE

Over 18 schools were represented at the first Girls Flag Football Combine in Miami, including:

Stoneman Douglas, Miami Edison, Nova, Carol City, Miramar, Dillard, Goleman, Miami Beach, Mater Academy, Western, Piper, McArthur, Southwest Miami, Miami Palmetto, Northwestern, Dr. Joaquin Garcia, Coconut Creek, American — and more.

Coaches from across Dade County and Broward County united to give these athletes a night centered on exposure, evaluation, and opportunity. In just three hours, we condensed what is traditionally a week-long combine process into a high-efficiency, college-evaluated experience.

Five universities were in attendance:

    •    Florida Atlantic University (FAU)

    •    Savannah College of Art & Design

    •    Florida International University

    •    Florida Memorial University (FMU)

    •    Barry University (Barry U)

Athletes performed primary combine drills including:

    •    20-Yard Dash

    •    Standing Vertical (CMJ)

    •    Broad Jump

    •    3-Cone Drill

    •    20-Yard Shuttle

The one-on-ones were the headline event — a competitive environment where athletes could play fast, trust their training, and simply let loose.

All combine testing equipment was provided by Elevate Rehabilitation & Performance, whose technology and precision ensured accurate, verifiable results across all primary drills. Athletes had the flexibility to choose which drills they wanted to participate in, and all verified numbers are available on our website. Select top performers were also featured on our Instagram for coaches and scouts to evaluate.

Among the standout performers who put on a show:

Courtney Heymach, Dezrihana Medina, Nia Ennis, Dezaria Hampton, Juliana Camacho, Camila Perez, Ava Kelleher, Briana Bogan, Torri Cotman, Mikeria Miller, Chenelle Brown, Saryah Williams, Katie Diaz, Jennifer Burton, Elisabeth Garzon, Jaziah Graham, Audrey Haltiwagner, Melina Pickard, Elayna Garzon — and many more.

This combine was built on one principle:

You don’t have to be a starter.

You don’t have to be the most athletic.

You don’t have to be the best at your position.

You just have to show up.

Our mission is to create measurable opportunities — to provide verified data, real feedback, and direct exposure for every athlete willing to invest in herself. Whether you’re undecided on a school, just beginning in middle school, or still developing confidence in your game — there are coaches in this community ready to teach, mentor, and guide you.

You are not alone.

We are already planning our next combine for the summer — with the goal of expanding it into a full weekend event. If you missed the first one, your opportunity is coming.
