The quarterback position is the most demanding position in football. While arm strength, accuracy, and athletic ability are important, Ninety percent of a quarterback's success happens above the shoulders. Decision-making, leadership, poise under pressure, football IQ, and the ability to respond to adversity separate good quarterbacks from great ones.

At Prestine Scouting, evaluating quarterbacks goes far beyond statistics. Our rankings are built through extensive film study, live evaluations, advanced analytics, and a detailed assessment process. We analyze completion percentage, quarterback rating, touchdown production, interception percentage, red zone efficiency, yards per attempt, turnover rate, and overall offensive impact. We also evaluate leadership qualities, football intelligence, decision-making, and overall influence on winning football games.

One of the most important traits we look for is how a quarterback responds to adversity. How does she react after throwing an interception? Can she lead a game-winning drive? Does she elevate the players around her when the game is on the line? These factors often reveal more about a quarterback than any statistic.

The Prestine Scouting Top 25 Quarterbacks in Florida recognizes the elite signal callers who consistently perform at the highest level for the 2026 season.

Welcome to the Prestine Scouting Top 25 Girls Flag Football Quarterbacks in the State of Florida.
